Our Story
Catalyst Advisory landed in 2016 when three marketing veterans got frustrated with the consulting industrial complex. They'd spent years at bigger firms where mediocrity was rewarded and client success took a backseat to billable hours. So they quit and started fresh. Built something different from day one. The early years were scrappy — late nights, unglamorous work, clients who needed help more than they needed impressive credentials. But that's exactly what made it work. By 2019 we'd grown to 11 people. Today we're 19 strong, based in Galați, serving clients across Romania and beyond. Still scrappy. Still honest. Still focused on results.
